Orders may be placed securely on our website anytime. We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover payments online via secure payment gateway.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. If you think you've placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email from Cherry Hill Designs, either the confirmation email was flagged as spam (check your junk mail folder), or we did not receive your order or payment. If payment is not received within 5 business days of order date, the order will be canceled.
If you do not wish to order on-line, you can call us Monday through Friday during studio hours to place an order by phone. If you are not able to reach us during studio hours, you may leave a message or email us your number and the best time to reach you and we will try to call you back during that time frame.
Since we are all moms with small kids and work often from home, the best time to call back is during nap time, so email is usually the best way to reach us and we can usually respond quicker.

We are currently working on a 5-7 business day turnaround, plus shipping time. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days; cell phone covers usually take the full 10 business days to manufacture.
When placing an order, you will see the current estimated turnaround times listed in the shipping options at checkout, and you will receive an automatic notification via email after the order is shipped. NOTE: Some melamine and/or cell phone covers are shipped separately via UPS or Fed Ex (no signature required); these products are shipped straight from the factory whenever possible.
Please note: if you need RUSH DELIVERY, please select the EXPRESS shipping option at checkout. It is the only way we can guarantee delivery by a certain date. Melamine and cell phone covers are shipped separately and may not be rushed.

- Standard/First Class - 5-7 business days processing + 2-5 business days shipping* (no tracking info provided)
- Priority Mail - 5-7 business days processing + 2-3 business days shipping (tracking provided)
- Express Mail (RUSH SERVICE) - 1-2 business days processing + overnight shipping (most areas, tracking provided)
*First Class delivery time is NOT guaranteed by the USPS and my take longer than 5 business days. Tracking number not provided on First Class shipments. Transit times above are provided by the USPS -- see USPS.com for more details.
Most products are shipped via USPS from Dallas, Texas, so shipping transit time will depend on how close/far you are from Texas. All orders, regardless of shipping service selected, are processed as quickly as possible.
If you've provided an incomplete order, have not submitted payment, or have a question about product details, your order will be placed on temporary hold until we can confirm all necessary information via email. This may delay turnaround time.
order to keep our copyrights protected, streamline our work flow, and keep
production moving quickly (which in turn keeps prices low) we do not
customize our designs to meet your specifications. Simply stated, we do not offer font or color substitutions on our products. All designs are
printed with colors and fonts as-shown -- with your custom name or text provided.

Need your logo on a custom label? During certain times of the year, we can make bulk custom labels if the customer-supplied artwork is print-ready and meets our specifications. The set-up fee is included in the price, and we require a minimum order. The actual label cost is charged per square inch. View our custom products for more details. Note: a logo or art supplied in a Word document is not considered print-ready; only vector art or hi-res JPGs are accepted and must be sized correctly. Templates are available for download in each listing.
Shipping and Tracking Info
Label orders are shipped via USPS parcel service from Dallas, Texas. Some melamine and cell phone covers are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex (no signature required) straight from the factory. Tracking and insurance are not provided with First Class service, and Cherry Hill Designs is NOT responsible for delayed, lost or stolen First Class shipments. An expedited shipping charge and tracking info may be added to your order for an additional fee at checkout. Please note: we do not offer expedited turnaround -- only expedited shipping. All orders (regardless of shipping service selected) are processed as quickly as possible.
A shipping confirmation number is provided for Priority and Express shipments after your order is processed. Please keep this confirmation for your records. Cherry Hill Designs is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments unless you have purchased Priority or Express service.
These labels are our livelihood, so we want you to enjoy using our products as much as we enjoy making them for you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll provide a replacement set. Or if we've made an error on your order, just let us know; we'd be happy to make it right as quickly as possible. Canceled, refused or returned orders that have been printed are subject to a 15% service fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: we cannot
replace waterproof labels that have faded in color due to exposure to
chlorine bleach. Please make sure your detergent is chlorine
bleach-free before washing your labels in the dishwasher. Read the
fine print on your detergent bottle/carton, review our notices posted in each listing and heed the warning label placed on each set of waterproof labels. With proper care, our vinyl labels can last indefinitely.
We copy and paste personalization direct from each order to help
prevent spelling errors. It is very important to type the
personalization correctly and double-check all spelling before placing
an order. Cherry Hill Designs cannot be held responsible if the order
information given to us is incorrect. However, if we have made an
error, we will promptly reprint the item and ship it to you at no
Cherry Hill Designs will automatically charge and withhold the applicable 8.25% Texas sales tax for customer's with a billing address in the state of Texas. For orders shipped to other U.S. states, you are solely responsible for sales tax or other taxes.
